- The Rosebank Mall, The Zone and The Firs malls which are all interconnected with an almost unlimited choice of restaurants inside or on the pavements
- Hyde Park – probably the closest and most upmarket mall
- Melrose Arch – a relatively new and trendy addition to the mall scene – with an amazing choice for shopping and 2 piazzas surrounded by restaurants, great by day and even more delightful on balmy summer nights
- Killarney Mall – a smaller mall that’s close by and one where you’ll find a dedicated Carol Boyes store. You’ll also find her wares at stores at Eastgate Mall and Bedford Centre (allow 20 minutes travelling time). Cedar Square, a little further afield is close to both Fourways Mall & Fourways Crossing
- Parkview, Parkhurst, Norwood and Melville also have smaller shopping strips, all with a choice of quaint shops and restaurants
- For something a little different you could try the Oriental Plaza on the west of the city centre (great bargains including brand names), or the very “in” and alternative 44 Stanley, which is not far from Melville and is best known for its vibey nightlife
